Time is Money. Many will not realise till the point they learn about Project management skills. People will wonder what happens even if a project is delayed by 1 day. But think of organisation as a whole in the big picutre. In the similar way 100's of projects are delayed even by single day each, there is a loss of 100 days of work, which is nothing but loss of money worth of 100 days. there is a simple calculationto realise this.

It is Continual and not continuous

In ITIL, one of the 5 life cycles is Continual Service Improvemet(CSI) and not
continuous.Continual means improving service in steps. Continuous is
straight line. In the exmination if you may get option as continuous.
