It is Continual and not continuous

In ITIL, one of the 5 life cycles is Continual Service Improvemet(CSI) and not
continuous.Continual means improving service in steps. Continuous is
straight line. In the exmination if you may get option as continuous.
Please check the answer carefully,before ticking it right!
